Return Policy: Changing or Canceling Orders
In the event that you need to change or cancel an order, please contact me immediately at lalagrayband@gmail.com with your request. If your order has not been packed for shipment, I will do everything possible to make any changes you request. My goal is to fully process your order within a few hours of receiving it, so changes may not be possible.

Missing Items
Please inspect your order carefully and completely upon receipt. You will have 7 days from the day you accept delivery to report any discrepancy between what was ordered and what was shipped or ANY DAMAGES to items in your order. If you are missing an item from your order, or if you were shipped an incorrect item, I will do my best to fix the problem as quickly as possible. Please immediately email me at lalagrayband@gmail.com and we will arrange for its return and/or replacement with the correct item ordered.
